$1000 - 2 hour event time*

$1500 - 3 hour event time*

Note: If you exceed your event time each additional hour is $500

Cleaning fee: $300 (required)

Set up dance floor: $450 (optional)

Security deposit $400 (to be returned within 2 weeks if no damage is found)

One day Liability insurance (you can get thru wedsure.com and provide us with the documents)

You receive one scheduled walk thru with coordinator or person of your choice. Any additional walk thru will be an additional fee of $20 per hour.
